Gorgeous, clean place, worth its 3 stars. It has courteous, welcoming staff. The location is marvellous, not very far from Skegness Pier. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is delightful. Nothing to complain about and would have extended the stay.

My stay was fine here. The hotel was reasonably clean, staff was fantastic friendly and very attentive. I had beautifully decorated and well-equipped room for a bedside table. I appreciated that there were a writing table and Netflix. That property was in an absolutely perfect and excellent location, in nice surroundings. Also, a broad beach was easy to reach.
